Council Rules / Schemes

Under Section 22 of the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005, the Health and Social Care Professionals Council has the power to make statutory instruments known as rules.

Please see below the rules that have been made by Council to date. Public consultations were held on each rule and all views and opinions were taken into consideration. The consultation reports relating to the rules are available here.
