Frank Martin

Frank Martin is Senior Lecturer Emeritus in Law at University College Cork. He holds First Class Honours undergraduate and postgraduate Law degrees. His university teaching interests included Family / Child and Contract Law and he supervised the theses of many postgraduate students in those areas. He has published widely in the areas of Child Law and Family in national and international journals and is author of The Politics of Children’s Rights (Cork University Press, 2000). He was previously a member of the National Review Panel of TUSLA and is currently a member of the Preliminary Proceedings Committee of CORU.
