Ian Boyle Harper

Mr Ian Boyle Harper is a practising barrister with extensive experience in the fields of regulatory, public, administrative and commercial law. He holds an undergraduate law degree from University College Dublin and a master’s degree from Harvard Law School. Ian also teaches on the Barrister-at-Law degree course at the Honorable Society of the King’s Inns.
