Noelle Reilly

As a highly motivated social care professional who is committed to ensuring that the highest standards are embedded in the social care sector, Noelle Reilly brings a passion and commitment to the implementation of professional regulation and statutory registration. Noelle is the social care professional practice coordinator in Institute of Technology Carlow (IT Carlow) and sits on the Education Advisory Group of Social Care Ireland. Noelle is also an active member of the Irish Association of Social Care Educators.

In her previous role as Training and Compliance Officer in a mainstream residential service, Noelle developed key understandings of the importance of regulation, strategy development, risk management and change management to both support practice and protect service users and care teams. This knowledge has informed her approach towards the implementation of the placement process in IT Carlow to ensure alignment with the criteria for education and training programs for social care workers as published by CORU. Noelle brings this knowledge, insight and practical experience to the Social Care Workers Registration Board.
