Disciplinary Committee - Expressions of Interest

CORU would like to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced registrants and lay members who are interested to become members of Disciplinary Committees to make decisions on Fitness to Practise complaints.

There are two distinct panels of Committees:

Preliminary Proceedings Committee
Committees of Inquiry
a. Professional Conduct Committees
b. Health Committees

CORU would like to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced registrants who are interested in being appointed to sit as Panel Members on either of these Committees. The professions that we require expressions of interest are as follows:

Dietitians
Dispensing Opticians
Medical Scientists
Occupational Therapists
Optometrists
Physical Therapists
Physiotherapists
Podiatrists
Radiation Therapists
Radiographers
Social Workers
Speech and Language Therapists
Social Care Workers
Lay members

A person may only be appointed to one of the Disciplinary Committees but may apply for more than one.
