Ann Delany

Ann Delany is a regional manager within the regulation directorate of the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA).  She is a registered general nurse and midwife and has worked in the Irish healthcare system for over thirty years.  Ann holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Smurfit Business School, a level 9 Diploma in Professional Regulation from University College Dublin and a level 9 Diploma in Whistleblowing Law, Practice and Policy from the National University Ireland Maynooth.  She has also completed a certificate in Corporate Governance with Public Affairs Ireland.
